Can I join as a casual member but only attend running sessions?
Yes! You can attend any combination of sessions that suit you. Just running, just swimming or all of the above!
I’m not a strong swimmer, is that an issue?
No! All we ask is that you can swim 25m without drowning! From there we can assist with building swim fitness and correcting technique where necessary to get you swimming longer distances and help improve speed.
Do I need to do Ironman events to join your squad?
No! You actually don’t need to do any events. We have a number of athletes who enjoy the group training environment, the accountability and building their skills and fitness who don’t do events. We cater for athletes right from Fun Tri events to Ultraman or those who simply want to train for health and well-being.
What’s the best way to join?
Come to training! Meet our coaches, meet our crew, try out a few sessions and if you enjoy your experience you can sign up.
