TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Momentum Endurance Coaching ("MEC"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all members, visitors, and users of MEC’s website and facilities.

2. Membership

a. Membership to MEC is open to individuals interested in triathlon and related sports and is subject to approval by MEC management.

b. All members on an individual training program must maintain active membership with Triathlon Australia for insurance coverage purposes. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure their Triathlon Australia membership remains current throughout their affiliation with MEC.

c. Membership fees are paid via a monthly direct debit system, which will be automatically charged to the member's nominated account.

d. Members are required to provide a minimum of two weeks' notice for any changes or cancellation of membership.

e. Memberships can be suspended for holidays or extended leave periods, provided MEC is given two weeks' notice in advance. During the suspension period, membership fees will be frozen.

3. Conduct

a. Members are expected to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike and respectful manner while representing MEC. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful conduct, may result in membership suspension or termination at the discretion of MEC management.

b. MEC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate membership without refund if a member violates MEC's code of conduct or engages in activities that may bring disrepute to MEC.

4. Liability

a. Members participate in MEC activities at their own risk. MEC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during training, events, or any other MEC-related activities.

b. Members are advised to obtain appropriate personal insurance coverage to protect against potential injury or damage and / or have an Australian Triathlon membership.

5. Privacy

a. MEC respects members' privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. By becoming a member, individuals consent to the collection and use of their personal information for MEC-related purposes.

6. Amendments

a. MEC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Terms and Conditions will be reviewed annually, and it is the member's responsibility to review them periodically.

b. Continued use of the MEC's services and facilities following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
