Join our group swim sessions, held twice a week at Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre, offering a warm invitation to both seasoned swimmers and newcomers alike. Our sessions are designed to suit every swimmer's journey, whether you're clocking up several km’s a week or starting out with some cruisy 25’s.

Led by our certified coaches, these sessions blend technique refinement, endurance building, and skill enhancement in a supportive and encouraging environment.
