Welcome to our weekend training sessions, where we get together for long runs, scenic Beach Road rides, focused velodrome training sessions perfecting transitions and pacing, and bayside open water swims. These sessions, tailored in accordance with the season and racing calendar, offer a blend of challenges and camaraderie for athletes at every level.
Our weekend sessions often culminate in post-workout breakfast gatherings at local cafes, fostering connections and celebrating our achievements!
